1)      H-1B – Person with specialized occupation, registered nurses, temporary or seasonal agricultural/nonagricultural workers, Trainees other then academics and medical, practical training in the education of handicapped children.

2)      O-1 Visa- Persons with extraordinary ability in education, business, athletics,  science, television and motion pictures.

  • 3)      L Visa- Intra Company Transferees.

  • 4)      L2 Visa- Dependent visa for the family members of L1 Visa 

  • 5)      P-1 to P-3 Visa – Internationally recognized individual or team of athletics or member of an entertainment group.

Note – Person with H-4 Visa as spouse or child of a temporary worker may not accept employment in the United States.

  • ·         Student Visas

  • 1)      F Visa – This is for academic studies

  • 2)      M Visa – This is for non academic or vocational studies.

Note – Unmarried children or spouse may also receive nonimmigrant visa to accompany the student.

Process to Apply
